Anyone could end up in Tori's shoes...err, fins. All it takes is one vice, one little weakness, for an ingeniously wicked Sea Witch to widen and exploit and keep one on the hook indefinitely. Julia Dust will make her move for the throne one day, and Tori will serve as her unwilling pawn. Perhaps only Queen Serena can intervene--but would she?
