History

Date of Birth: October 29th, 1988
Home: Imeko Afon, Ogun, Nigeria
Family: Monisola and Ifedapo Temitope (parents), Teleola (younger brother)
Chrysalis: Preordainment (grew up in a small sustenance village in western Nigeria not far from the Benin border; she did not know it yet but her father was not just village chief but also Aziza, and he hunted for the family; one day, young Yewande decided to follow her father and witness him hunt; the antelope he wounded nearly plowed through her hiding spot and she was nearly trampled, the incident spinning her off into Chrysalis visions, and her father stumbled across her there while tracking the beast), 2001
Mentor: Monisola Temitope
The Test: Trial by Games (Monisola took his daughter home and revealed to her the ways of the Emere and the Aziza in particular; though she had her family’s knack for the hunt, she had no strong urge to kill, and shot her own antelope over a year later, reluctantly, to prove her readiness as Aziza)
Comrades: Adaeze Osuma, Iria Tepihana, Huang Lifen, Usha Shastri, Holly Roff, Nika Casiguaya Jasmine, Sasa Longroad, Salali Amadahy
Key Event #1: Awe & Wonder (she demonstrated she had much more love for traditional dancing and ceremonies than killing, to her father’s dismay but eventual acceptance; meanwhile, she worked to spread cultural awareness of traditional customs to fellow Africans; her grace attracted the patronage of Disa)
Transition: Reassignment (her skill set did not impress any fellow Aziza, and she began to despair that she’d find any sympathetic aid in her homeland; Queen Serena than appeared from seemingly nowhere, and she offered a new home where her teachings would be better appreciated and go farther, at least with other fae; Yewande agreed and bade her family farewell for now)

Significant Others

The Shanghaied Ensemble of Royalty is a massive collective of "fairy princesses" to which she blithely and merrily belongs. Visit this link for the full skinny:

Weakness
Gentle Lioness

The Aziza family are the masters of the hunt, but Yewande avoids killing as much as possible, and has come to treat her entire birthright and reason for being as an elaborate metaphor to teach people a better way to live. It might work, but her true nature may one day shine through instead.

Likelihood of Corruption

Low.

She is no cold-hearted killer or amoral predator but rather a wholesome, winsome, and caring individual.
