History

Date of Birth: February 16th, 1986
Home: Naju, South Jeolia Province, South Korea
Family: Hsiao In-Su and Ga-Yun (parents), Kyung-Jae (older brother)
Kun Shou: Personal Tragedy (from childhood, her parents knew she was different, "mildly autistic" was the general diagnosis, but she was also always a gifted and talented artist; she could see and even "taste" colors, a neurological disorder known as synesthia very acutely at times; when she was a young teen, she became so distracted by a rainbow that she crossed a busy street and was struck by a car; dying, a Chu-Jung spirit who shared her aesthetic love took her frame and she miraculously recovered from the accident), 1999
Mentor: Na Nam-Nin
The Test: Trial by Knowledge (while still autistic, the new Chu-Jung adapted and gratefully remained with her mortal family, she spent secret afternoons, however, with a loosely-organized hui t'ung of other kamuii in the area, re-learning the ways of the Shinma)
Comrades: Ming Bo Lien, Kun Shandong, Hisoka Isas, Anela Wu, Zheng Guan-Yin, Shi Hexi, Tang Lei, Wu Xun, Wang Fann
Key Event #1: Personal Tragedy (but in part due to the autism, she no longer felt as welcome among her former associates, so decided to travel abroad and join with other hsien; due to her previous incarnations, she wondered if the West would hold a better future for her)
Key Event #2: Awe & Wonder (so, Jae-Lin settled in Little Asia in the middle of America, and she made very good friends among the Shinma there, especially Lien, and she felt she could truly devote her life to this court)
Key Event #3: War (she aided the court especially against a Kura Sau conspirator by painting the Po Jen's vision of Yomi and the fallen hsien's plans to merge Little Asia with her patron Hell, which helped the warriors of the court foil and stop the evil scheme)
Transition: Victory (for the most part, she settled into the path of peace and a way back to Heaven, especially with Lien's patient help, love, and sponsorship)

Weakness
Colors Within

Jae-Lin's autism is not a weakness in itself. But so often, it manifests through a focus on a specific "hobby" or passion. In her case, painting and appreciation of such art. She loses herself in it to the point of ignoring or forgetting the world around her.

Likelihood of Corruption

Very low.

Jae-Lin is far too much of a sweetheart to fall to Yomi corruption.
